Webinar Overview

The physical demands on a swimmers body are quite unique and this is reflected in the assessment and management of swimmers injuries. This talk discusses a battery of tests that are specific to understanding how a swimmer has developed their shoulder injury.

Using your existing knowledge on how to diagnose injury/ pathology this will give you the extra part of the picture to reasoning how this happened for the swimmer in front of you. Using these tests will assist you in the choice of your treatment regime and will serve as a future reference point for measuring progress through your course of rehabilitation for the swimmer you are managing.

These assessments are relevant and useful for treating both recreational and elite swimming populations.
