Part 2/3 Functional Strength and Conditioning: Kinetic Link Training (KLT)

Wayne will explore the latest strength and conditioning principles in relation to functional resistance training and allow you to discover successful methods for integrating functional training into your current practice model.

The development of effective functional strength training programs for all your clients (rehabilitation, occupational conditioning or sports performance) will be enhanced by learning to train movement patterns, not just individual muscles - including the KLT 22 essential, distinct movement patterns.

You will gain confidence in creating fully balanced functional strength and conditioning programs by using a proven and precise system of training.

Wayne will investigate the value of full-body movements and his unique KLT (Kinetic Link Training) system, plus suggest an effective model for full-body exercise description to assure accuracy in record keeping and inter-therapist communication.

Finally you will be shown examples of 48 different functional strength training exercises and Wayne will discuss how these can be most effectively utilized for improving client outcomes.
