4. Be able to understand the optimal methods of correcting observed deficits in the shoulder through a rehabilitation program of stretching and strengthening exercises as relevant

5. Be proficient in educating the patient and setting appropriate goals for rehabilitation while establishing an understanding of tools to enhance patient compliance
