Myofascial Release: The anterior compartment of the upper leg

Learning outcomes:

1. To introduce and show a variety of MFR techniques that can be applied to the anterior compartment of the upper leg. 

2. To demonstrate how this neuromuscular technique can be applied to the anterior compartment of the upper leg.

3. To discuss key principles of the MFR method in order to give an explanation of how this manual therapy technique is applied to the connective tissues in the body.
